It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Dr. Zoltan Lukacs. An expert in newborn screening and rare metabolic diseases, Zoltan was an essential member of the GelbChem team, as well as a father, a husband, and a son.
We grieve his loss and are grateful for the time we were able to work together in our mission to promote the research and innovative technologies utilized in Newborn Screening across the globe. We hope for peace to his family during this difficult time and will continue his work to bring diagnosis by newborn screening, treatment, and health to those suffering with rare metabolic diseases.
